license to install and use SubVix solely for your own internal or personal
use in accordance with applicable law and any purchased license terms.

exploitation of SubVix, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

SubVix is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied,
including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, and noninfringement. In no event shall Opticommerce be
liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of
contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with
the software or the use of or other dealings in the software.

This license does not limit or replace the rights and obligations applicable
to third-party open-source software distributed with SubVix. See
