These Terms govern use of the SubVix website and SubVix Early Access Windows desktop app.
1. Product
SubVix is a Windows desktop app for local AI subtitle generation, subtitle editing, visual templates, and MP4/MOV burn-in export.
2. Early Access
SubVix is offered as Early Access. Features, templates, performance, and export behavior may improve over time. Early Access includes updates during the early access period.
3. Purchase and payment
SubVix Early Access is sold as a one-time $29 payment through Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payment processing, taxes, and billing.
4. Refunds
SubVix Early Access purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Contact support@subvix.app with your order email if you need help.
5. License and permitted use
A purchase grants a license to use SubVix. See the License page for detailed license information.
6. Platform support
SubVix is currently Windows-first. Mac is not available yet.
7. Local processing and user responsibility
SubVix is designed for local processing. You are responsible for the videos you process and for ensuring you have the rights to use, export, and share your content.
8. Third-party software
SubVix includes open-source and third-party components. See the Third-party licenses page for license notices.
9. Future add-ons
The Early Access version includes five templates. Future template packs or major add-ons may be sold separately.
10. No warranty
SubVix is provided as-is during Early Access. The app is designed to work locally, but exact performance may depend on hardware, video format, and system configuration.
